  • We will notify buyer via email once the product(s) isfare delivered.
    Customer will receive the product(s) within 2 working days as for Singapore will need 3 workings days, after the SMS notification of shipment (except for remote areas). If customer does not receive the product(s) within 3 days please contact us immediately.
    If customer does not receive our notification of shipment via email within 3 days (excluded holiday). you may email to support@sfbeautyskin.com, or call 1800-88-6919 as this means that we do not receive your payment.

Return of Goods

For returm of goods arrangement, please contact Customer Service Staff for application. Upon confimation, please download the Goods Retun Application Form complete the form and fax back to 03-91726503 or E-mail to

When returning. please confirm the completeness of the returned product(s) and send back to us via our office address in order to successfully complete the product(s) return process.

Items need to be retumed:
1. Internal and external packaging of the product
2. Gifts
3. Copy of the Goods Refurn Application form
4. Order Form

Our Customer Service staff will guide buyer to complete the Goods Return Application Form, and we will arrange courier service company to collect return product(s) from the designated address. Once we verify the retum product(s). we will then refund the amount to the designated account or replace the product(s). We ll bear the return goods delivery fee incurred.

Definition of defected or damaged goods:
1. The appearance the received product is damaged upon delivery
2. Product leaked out of the bottle/container upon delivery
3. The product exceeds its expiry date upon delivery
